Cancellations and Refunds
There is a minimum requirement of 6 delegates to run each of these courses. In the event that the minimum requirement for attendance has not been met, those delegates who have paid to enrol on the course will be refunded their full course fee.
In the event that a delegate cancels attendance at the course more than 10 working days in advance of the course start date, a full refund will be given. If the delegate cancels within 5-10 working days of the course start date, a 50% refund of the course fee will be given. If a delegate cancels within less than 5 working days of the start date of the course, or is a no-show, no refund will be given.
